LITIGATION ASSOCIATES

Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP is currently recruiting for two litigation associates.

We are looking for an associate with 1 to 3 years experience to work principally in the area of statutory accident benefits with some exposure to tort, property and casualty claims.

We are also looking for an associate with 1 to 3 years experience to work in the area of insurance defence with exposure to a wide range of motor vehicle and property and casualty claims.

Successful candidates should have superior drafting, analytical and organizational skills with the right balance of advocacy, legal and interpersonal skills.
