Areas of Practice & Experience:

Grace Kim represents clients in a variety of insurance and commercial litigation matters.

Grace has diverse litigation experience in corporate/commercial disputes, wrongful dismissal matters and insurance coverage claims. She has also been involved in representing institutional clients, particularly in the areas of vicarious liability, claims of breach of fiduciary duty and director’s liability.

While earning her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Ontario, Grace worked as a Research Assistant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Grace is fluent in French and Korean.
