Jane Cvijan’s practice focuses on insurance defence work, with a particular emphasis on first-party accident benefits claims.

Some of Jane’s related experience includes:

• Providing insurers with advice regarding all aspects of general insurance liability, motor vehicle accident claims and property loss claims
• Representing clients in the Ontario Superior Court, and before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and in mediations

Prior to joining Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP, Jane practiced at a boutique insurance law firm and subsequently as a member of the insurance law group at a Bay Street law firm in Toronto.
