John Philp is an associate with a varied litigation experience in corporate/commercial disputes, contract disputes, patent disputes, construction law and insurance claims. Prior to joining the firm he summered and articled in the litigation department of Goodmans LLP. John was called to the Bar in 2008 and represents clients in a variety of insurance and commercial litigation matters.
"Since starting his career with the firm, John has successfully argued cases before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal."
During law school, John was actively involved with Windsor Mediation Services and successfully facilitated the resolution of a number of disputes involving landlord-tenant issues and contract disputes. He was a teaching and research assistant for the Legal Research and Writing class for first year law students.
