Lynne Weagle litigates insurance coverage matters and provides coverage-related advice and opinions to her clients. She has experience in commercial property, CGL, D&O, E&O, environmental, life, disability, home and auto policies. She is also knowledgeable about self-insured retentions and fronting programs.

In addition, Lynne litigates cases involving health law issues, defamation, corporate governance, human rights, and contractual and commercial disputes.

Before joining Thomas Gold Pettingill LLP, Lynne articled and practiced at a Bay Street law firm in Toronto. Lynne also has experience in franchise, privacy, and trade practice law.
