Matthew Stroh litigates insurance and commercial litigation matters. He has acted or assisted on matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Matthew has diverse litigation experience in casualty and property insurance, wrongful dismissal, human rights, corporate / commercial and private international law cases. He previously practiced in the in-house legal department of a national insurance company and articled at a leading Toronto-based litigation boutique. In 2007, he clerked at the Caribbean Court of Justice in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

At law school, Matthew was the president of the International Law Association and was awarded the Professor Denys C. Holland Award for his contribution to the quality of education and the quality of life at Western.
